Hi!  I’m the Deb from Deb and Dale, weekday mornings on Barrie’s KOOL FM.

This crazy rock and roll radio life has taken me all over…to North Bay and the Ottawa Valley, then to Newfoundland for most of the 90’s.  I found my way back to the province in 99 and spent some time in Owen Sound and more recently my vagabond ways have lead me to beautiful Barrie.  (getting sick of packing and unpacking…maybe they’ll let me stay here)

Hey, it’s Dale from “Deb & Dale in the Morning” on Barrie’s Kool-fm.

All right, I’ll be brief: Thunder Bay (hometown) to Toronto (Hogtown) to Detroit (Motown) to Barrie (My town). I’ve only worked at four stations and although it was fun being “Hot” in the 80’s, everybody’s “Chum” in the 90’s and just plain up “The River” after that…I can honestly say that I’m having the most fun being “Kool”. Thanks for making “Deb & Dale” part of your morning!

It's time now for the Kevin Marks Bonehead, Knucklehead, Pinhead, Doofiss, (not sure how to spell that one) Twit, Idiot, etc, you get the idea... of the day.

More leadfooted twits taken off the road for a week. Officers on patrol in Barrie early Friday morning watched as two cars squeeled their tires and then took off at ridiculous speeds near Anne and Dunlop streets. They pulled both cars over, two men from our of province were arrested and charged with stunt driving. Licences were suspended and a minimum 4 figure fine will be implemented.
