I'm the one who keeps you company at work and serves up your requests during the All Request Listener Lunch.  I'm also the host of the Top 20 KOOL Countdown, Saturdays at 1pm and Sundays at 6pm.
 
There are a few things I know for sure. One of them is that family and good friends are indispensable. Another is that I couldn't live with out music in my life. I never intended on working in radio. I sort of fell into it in high school and fell in love with it near the end of university. Of all the things I wanted to be "when I grew up", this wasn't one of them. But this is the only job that allows me to sit in a room full of music all day long!  How fun!
 
Essentially, what you hear of me on the radio is what I'm like in real life, except, in real life you actually see me break out into random song and dance!
 
I am an Ottawa Senators fans; was also Jays fan but I haven't watch baseball since 1993. Bookstores are a favourite hang out of mine, my Nikon D40 is one of the best things I've spent money on and I need to attend a good rock show every once in a while.
I love all things Canadian done well especially great Canadian music. In literature, Douglas Coupland and Timothy Findley are two of my favourites. Findley is just an absolute master and it's incredible how he weaves history into his fiction. His imagination was just superb!
