The first thing you should know: writing a bio is hard.  Like, math hard.  I blame Twitter for this.  140 characters and I would be done.  Speaking of Twitter, I'm basically a teenage girl in the body of a crazy hot man.  And by "crazy hot", I mean I frequently like to pass out following a night on the town after having passionately consumed the contents of a large McDonald's bag.  I know, ladies, I know...  Try and stay calm.

I have a fervent love for celebrity culture.  It fascinates me.  In part, this is because of the elements of escapism it provides.  Why not enjoy a break from the pressures of everyday "normal" life through these caricatured personalities and their attempts to have their ridiculousness taken seriously?  I also like to try and create a perspective on this by lovingly trash talking these people.  (My absolute favourites being Lohan, Bieber, and Shawn Desman!)

I live for concerts.  That shared enjoyment of an audience coming together and celebrating the human experience of this crazy world though lyric and melody.  For me, music is often an expression of the feelings we would otherwise not know how to put into words.  We also attach very personal and unique connotations to songs which enable us to transport back in time to specific memories as if we were living them again.  This is real magic at work.

My taste in music is extremely varied and discovering/sharing new music is a passion of mine.  I'm extremely lucky to be working in a profession that allows me this and I don't take a second of it for granted.  However, it's really the connections with you that I'm most thankful for.  It still blows my mind to this day that you would want to take even just 5 minutes of your life and spend it with me.

At the end of the day, I'm just a guy who gets to run his mouth and share his life experiences in a crazy format that has me talking in 60 second blasts while teasing you with what's still to come.  And I promise I will continue to learn and grow and get better with each show for as long as you promise to keep listening.
