HIGHWAY FRIGHT

Orillia OPP had to close the northbound lanes of the 400 Sunday night.  Around 10 p.m. a woman reported that she had run over a bicycle lying in the middle of the road near highway 12, it came upon her so far she wasn't sure if anyone was on the bike when she hit it.  So police closed the road as a precaution, used the canine unit to search for any signs of an injured person.  After a short period of time they determined the bicycle must have fallen off another vehicle.  The highway was re-opened shortly before midnight.
