An inquest has been called into the death of a man while in police custody in Orillia. Wlliam Thomas Hart, 48, died in July 2009 while being treated at Soldiers' Memorial Hospital. The inquest, which begins September 20 at the Simcoe County Administration Building, is expected to take 13 days and hear from 17 witnesses.
