ADULTS TAKE TO TEXTING

Adults are sending more and more text messages compred to a year ago. They still lag behind teens, not just in the number who are texting, but also in the number of texts sent. PEW Research in the U.S. found 72 per cent of adults texting, up from 65 per cent a year ago. Eighty-seven per cent of teens are texting, averaging 50 messages a day. Adults average 10.
