Midland Police called to a local retail outlet earlier this week when staff became suspicious of some people trying to return a whack of merchandise. They discovered the goods had been stolen from other stores along the Highway 400 corridor. They believe the thieves would then take the goods to the same franchise outlets in Midland and Orillia and try to exchange them for a credit. Three people from Barrie, Brampton and Toronto have been arrested and face numerous charges.
