The passengers of the ``Costa Concordia'' are being offered compensation for lost baggage and psychological trauma. The Costa cruise line is offering survivors of the disaster almost 14-thousand 500-dollars and is also offering to reimburse the passengers the cost of the cruise, travel expenses, and any medical costs.. The ship ran aground and partially sank off western Italy two weeks ago, killing at least 16 people.
