She's not computer-generated. There is an actual human model with a 20 inch waist, whose video has recently gone viral. It shows 30-year-old Romanian model Ioana Spangenberg posing for the camera in a tight-fitting shiny silver dress. Spangenberg is reportedly 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighs about 84 pounds. She told Britain's Sun tabloid that her waist was just 15 inches when she was a teenager, but insists she eats "three big meals" a day. Her ultra-slim midsection is also helped out by the use of a corset. Her measurements are 32-20-32.
